Is my account safe — are my tokens private?
Yes. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and never shared or sold. Social uses them only to carry out what you ask for in the chat — publishing, comments, your own numbers — and you can disconnect any network in one click.
Will it post without me?
It drafts, then asks. The assistant writes the post, puts it in front of you in the chat, and publishes after you answer — the approval is the conversation, not a screen you have to clear. If you don't answer, nothing is sent.
Which platforms, and what works on each?
Open to everyone today: X / Twitter, Threads, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook and Instagram. LinkedIn is built and working but testers-only until LinkedIn finishes reviewing our app (email us to be added). Comments — read, reply, hide, delete — on Instagram, YouTube and TikTok; on a Facebook Page it reads comments today, and replying to or moderating them is coming soon while Meta reviews that part. On X it can reply, hide a reply and read your mentions. On LinkedIn it can leave a comment, but not manage the thread.
Can it handle comments, not just posts?
Yes — it's the part people keep. On Facebook, Instagram and YouTube the assistant reads the comments on a post, replies as you, hides one, or removes it. Ask it what people are saying and it tells you, in the same chat you posted from. TikTok is publish-only for now — its API gives us no way to read comments at all, and that's exactly the permission we've applied for.
Who can delete something, or disconnect an account?
Every call is checked against the owner of the connection it touches, on every single request. The irreversible ones — deleting a post, removing a comment, disconnecting a network — need an admin sign-in on top of that, and are refused outright on a shared channel. Posts and connection changes are written to an audit log you can read back.
Where does my content go?
Drafts, and the comments the assistant reads, are sent to Anthropic and Google — the AI providers behind it — so they can be written and understood. Nothing is sold, and nothing goes anywhere beyond what running the feature requires. The full list is in the privacy policy.
